Our holiday home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches at 800m). It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

In the village center : -200 meters from the market -300 m from the church and the center -5 minutes' walk from the beach (450m) Everything is accessible on foot or by bike Beautiful and spacious outdoor space: a large southwest-facing courtyard and a covered courtyard ( ~150m²) The courtyard is accessed directly from the street through a gate, leading to the covered courtyard (very practical for storing bicycle)

Village house completely renovated in the heart of the village. Bicycle shed, living room, sunny courtyard, equipped open kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed, mezzanine with mattress that can be used as 3rd bedroom (1,1m high), 2 separate toilets. House very pleasant in summer as in winter with a underfloor heating and ideal location in the village.

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Beautiful spacious house with numerous patios, a pool, an outdoor shower and bar-b-q area. Located just 300m from arguably one of the nicest sandy beaches on the island (plage des prises) in one direction and the wonderful marais and the oyster cabins in the other. This house caters for both families with children and groups of friends.

My place is close to the listed site of Abbaye des Châteliers, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Fleet and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
