You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.

The flat is really close to a lot of different museum : Le Louvre, Musée Picasso, Le Centre Pompidou, Hotel de Ville or even the Cathédrale Notre-Dame (10min walking).
