The small house

Maisonnette au calme dans un écrin de verdure à deux pas du Plateau de Millevaches. Idéal pour se ressourcer à la campagne, avis aux amateurs de marche et d'animaux de la nature. La maison dispose de 2 chambres (la première avec un lit 160x200, la deuxième avec 2 lits 90x200) d'une salle d'eau avec une douche, d'un espace séjour/salon avec cuisine ouverte et d'une véranda. Chauffage central via un poêle à granulés. Stationnement devant la maison. Attention : pas de lave-linge pour le moment.

Le Mas des Sens - Charming cottage -

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

L'appartement se situe au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison d'habitation. Il dispose d'une entrée, une salle à manger (canapé lit ) une cuisine équipée (vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, lave linge, lave vaisselle, cuisinière avec four, micro onde,téléviseur ) une chambre à coucher avec armoire, penderie, lit 140,2 chevêts et une salle d'eau avec douche et toilette. Chauffage collectif aux bois je souhaite que les voyageurs après leur séjour laisse le logement propre

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
