very good everything good area close to quiet bahias..unique but it is that every 40 min a truck with music at full volume and noise and it costs to rest a little..

We loved it!! It is the second day in huatulco and the first with Angelica, the truth is that it is very easy to get to, access and is 3 blocks from the center of crossing. A grocery store nearby and places to eat too. The market, downtown and crossover taxi stand are very accessible. Angelica provided us with all the necessary information for our visit. The comfortable rooms each with its air conditioning, the kitchen with what is necessary for our days and we were touched by the use of the excellent pool since it was very little crowded. It would definitely be a place we would choose again 🙌🏼

Just an observation, the mattresses in my opinion need renovation as we feel them too hard and since the bases are of material, it was not the optimal rest

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

The place is nice, very nice and quiet with many views and activities. I recommend it to my family. They loved it. I recommend it 100%

This is a very lovely place with a fantastic sea view. Also a very well equipped kitchen and ample space. Air conditioning works great and very easy on site parking. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay, it is very clean and very cozy, it is not so close to the beaches but if you bring a car it is a great option to stay, in addition Bere is always very attentive with us 10 of 10 in all aspects

I arrived a day early and was able to get the room reserved. Staff around were friendly. Settled right between downtown area and beaches - easy walk and not busy around the ABB. Communication and accommodations exceeded expectations. I was a little bummed the pool table was uber weathered and warped but not really my reason for my visit to the area. Grocery store - kinda like a target with food was really close by and a nice bakery across the street. I didn’t plan well and had a late check out which did not seem to be an issue. Would def return!

Beautiful place. Very clean and tidy. It's as described. Both the apartment and the common areas very nice. equipped with everything necessary. The only thing uncomfortable would be the bus with music that runs constantly in the evenings until about midnight, but it's something that escapes the control of the building. Parking is street parking but we didn't struggle at all in finding a place to park. We look forward to coming back!!

Nice place and well located , but it lacks modernization , the TVs were obsolete they did not connect to wifi and could not even be used for YouTube consider that if they are one of those who like to watch digital platforms I just TV at some point of the day, the air conditioning is very noisy, the equipment is old and it is uncomfortable to sleep with the noise but if it is turned off and you can sleep in the heat , consider it, everything else is excellent, very equipped kitchen if you can have a good stay even long ... just consider what has been written above

A fantastic Airbnb. The apartment is very spacious and quiet, it is very well located and the truth is quite comfortable that each room has its bathroom and air conditioning, this allowed us to have a very pleasant stay, even my dog enjoyed it. The pool is also an amenity that we already enjoy a lot in the afternoons. In general, I highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling as a family, since everyone will have a space to enjoy.

I had an overall wonderful stay at the condo. Check-in with Beatriz was easy. She's super nice. Clean, relatively new and great location. The air conditioning was powerful. I only used 1 of the 2 ACs, that was perfect. I used the condo primarily only to sleep in as I spent most of my days with outdoor activities all day. Excellent internet speed. I would easily pick this place to stay again. And I will be recommending it to my firends. Some constructive feedback: 1. The shower in the main bedroom sprays water outside of the shower. I had to dry the bathroom floor after every shower. Needs some type of minor repair. 2. I would have liked more towels. Perhaps 4 instead of 2. Also would have liked a few wash cloths. I will consider bringing some of my own next time. 3. I could not get warm water from the shower. This may bother other future guests. I was fine with cool water showers. Everything was perfect, the place was the rooms and everything in general I recommend it and I would book again without hesitation the space is extremely private which we were looking for excellent facilities with all the services that we needed a beautiful landscape from the very green terrace and very well cared for all its plants and vegetation very clean pool. We liked all my family a lot and they are located in a very good tourist point. We hope to go back and I would book with you only one detail was needed tiles on the floor and my baby scraped several times that she fell there but in the rest everything very complete and the check-in a little late but we only had to wait 1 hr to be able to enter the condominium because the rooms were not ready for cleaning but for while we could enjoy the pool and very kind deal with us too. It didn't happen at a point but the water left the water but that was the last day we didn't have water but everything else was excellent!

Stellar beyond words. The Host's, Dan & Sonia, have done a remarkable job fashioning their property to insure a memorable stay. Immaculate, pristine, unblemished, and gleaming. Superior quality linens throughout, a quiet environment, and wonderful location. The on-property staff are very responsive, kind, and anxious to please. The helpful staff will summon a taxi, and we never waited for more than a handful of minutes; a short 40 pesos ride to most locations in La Crucecita and surrounding areas. We are anxious to return for a visit and look forward to enjoying this host's hospitality once again. As I read this review, I hope one of you don't book the condo for when we wish to return. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, very well located, we go for a walk to the beach, restaurants nearby and we feel safe. We had to host us on days that were doing maintenance in the building and there was a bit of dust derived from that but they warned us that they were going to be doing work with time. It was a very nice stay, to rest and get to know the surroundings of Huatulco.
