Luis was so helpful during our stay. He provided us with some recommendations that were amazing. The house was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities as advertised. The home is located within walking distance of many local treasures and tourist attractions. Five stars for this home and for Luis!

Our stay matched all of our expectations. Jose was very helpful and available for any of our needs or questions.

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 1 week trip. Plenty of space for our two families with kids from 0-7. The outdoor staircases are open, but we would just be with the early walkers as they went up and down, and the indoor areas were fine for them to roam. The bigger kids loved the loft "hideout". The pool was perfect for everyone. The location is right by the beach and little further from the center of town, which we liked because it was less noisy and crowded. The house manager was super helpful in arranging a private chef, golf carts, and baby gear rentals. Can't wait to come back!

Paulina was a terrific host. Very friendly and responsive. Punta Pelicanos is a spectacular complex.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is extremely cleaned and supplied with all necessities. Checkin/checkout were a breeze. We enjoyed the pool and the shaded awning outside. This house is conveniently located ~10 (or less) min away from town. We found this to be the perfect distance away since the town can be a little noisy at night. The walk back up the hill is not bad (we are in our 30s), and a good way to walk off dinner. Highly recommend this place. I would definitely book again!

Our host was most attentive and quick to resolve any issues. We loved the outdoor living space with private heated pool. Cleaning staff very trustworthy and friendly. Pool cleaned regularly. Close to small town grocery (water) laundry, tacos, bike repair, beer, butcher & pastry shops. Would stay again 😀

Joan and Dave were great hosts. They were friendly, helped arrange golf cart rental and quick to respond when we had questions or needed recommendations. Their place is in a great location, beautiful landscape and views, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again in the future if we return to Sayulita.

Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. Bill and our host on location Majo were super responsive and helpful. The layout of the house is gorgeous and the house itself is only a 3 min walk from the center of town. The gym was an awesome bonus as well. Our stay honestly ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. If you’re looking for a stay in Sayulita and happened to stumble upon this one, don’t think twice just book it.

Wow!!!! We had an amazing vacation in PV. The Airbnb was just so magical. The layout was unusual which made our stay so special. We loved how the house had different floors and sections that made the adults and kids find their own special space. We had family time and alone time all in comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood was fun and easy to access any of our many adventures. The host was readily available when we needed him and went out of his way to accommodate us. Overall this was a family vacation we will remember for years to come. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you are planning to visit PV. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Great place to stay with friends! So nice that each room has its own private bathroom, and balcony. The views are stunning! Pau and Pepe were very responsive and accommodating! Very cool people and very cool house!

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning. Great and spacious facilities, comfy beds, towels and beach towels for all guests and beautiful interior. They even had camping chairs and parasols which we could take to the beach. Absolutely worth the money!

Mari and Shane took great care of my family during our visit to Bucerias (April 14 week). Mari is a great cook and she and team made sure we had everything we needed. The house is an amazing private space, and the kids loved the pool. It’s basically like being at a resort but without all the other guests. We had 8 people, which is just about the perfect amount for this spot. The beach is a block away and tons of shops and restaurants are within a few more blocks. The ladders to the upper lofts are a bit precarious and not a great option for young kids or those with limited mobility, so plan accordingly. Also, we were in town during Holy Week so there was a bit more street noise and activity than usual. This generally did not last past 9 PM. We will definitely come back to this spot next time we are in the PV area. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this a great family vacation!

We had a delightful stay at Logan's place over spring break. From the beginning of our communications, the team was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Everyone helped organizing our stay, transport and activities. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout hour holiday. We thank you all for such a great time and your attention to every detail.

Our group was 8 people visiting San Pacho for my birthday. The property is absolutely gorgeous, with a great pool and incredible view. Our bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The host helped us orchestrate, catering on two nights and the food was plentiful and delicious. We did have a small issue with the fridge, not remaining cold. Chuy the handyman was awesome and came over and helped fix the kitchen sink. It was very private and you could hear the birds and roar of the ocean as you fell asleep. Everyone had their own room since we rented out the entire property, which was clutch. I’m so glad we stayed in San Pancho and not Sayulita. San Pancho is an adorable and magical town. We ended up getting massages and doing some great souvenir shopping. This place had everything that we needed, highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Lauren’s villa. A wonderful location just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The beach is fairly quiet which we loved, added to the secluded appeal. The house itself is spectacular and stylishly decorated. The pool and hammocks are lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners. Spectacular sunsets every night. 10/10!!!

This was a perfect place to share with friends. The three bedrooms are very private from one another and the communal hangout space on the top floor is perfectly set up with the pool and covered kitchen and dining area. With a keycode at the front door and separate room keys, we were free to come and go without having to worry about who had "the key." The spot is in an excellent spot for popping out to grab a coffee or snacks, as well as to head to the beach or find a restaurant — completely walkable. There was a building under construction right next door which was a loud operation at times, but it didn't bother us too much.

I definitely will consider to book this property again for a future trip to PVR.

Our extended family stayed at Villa Magnolia for two weeks over the Christmas holidays. This was our second visit. Villa Magnolia is a very special place. It's beautiful, unique, and incredibly well maintained. We love everyone who works there. Fabiola, the property manager, answered every question immediately, was always on top of things, was never annoyed at our constant calls about taxis, restaurants, etc. Lise, Mimi, and Adrianna are truly amazing. Lise, Mimi, and sometimes Adrianna cooked many, many delicious meals for our very large group. Everything they made was absolutely delicious. We felt so well taken care of. Villa Magnolia is in the middle of a fishing village and just moments away on foot from the fish market, which is open every day. We were able to choose fish, shrimp, lobster, oysters, etc and bring it home for Lise and Mimi to prepare for our dinner. There is a farmers market along the harbor on Sundays. We would troop down there on Sunday mornings and load up on fresh vegetables and fruits, which Lise and Mimi would use to prepare breakfast and dinner. They also shopped for whatever they needed. Adrianna kept our rooms beautifully clean. The grounds are beautiful and interesting. Iguanas live on the property. Occasionally we would watch as one fell from the trees looking stunned but never hurt. Don Pedro keeps the grounds in perfect order and Isaac keeps the pools and jacuzzi sparkling clean. We look forward to returning to Villa Magnolia! We feel so close to everybody there.

This was an excellent AirBNB, in fact, it was one of the rare situations where the place itself was even BETTER than the pictures! The location was also pristine for our group. The right combination of: everything was walkable but it was also off of the main streets so it wasn't as loud. The place itself was super clean and the amenities were great. Also, our contact was amazing. Everyone involved was super responsive and clear, it may it super simple. Loved our stay overall and would definitely recommend!

Two families with 9 people total enjoyed this stay. Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed the restaurant for one breakfast and one lunch that were top notch. Kids enjoyed all the pools and kayaks with life jackets supplied. Adults enjoyed pickleball. Only wish we would have know to grab groceries ahead of time as the restaurant doesn’t open early - and would have loved to enjoy a cup of coffee while sitting on the deck in the am. Unit does have coffee maker- we just didn’t realize things were NOT walkable. Uber is rather easy and reasonably to get places, however. Easy to communicate with owner/operator and he was quick to answer any questions and was flexible with checkin/checkout- which we very much appreciated! Highly recommend.

Great accomodation, ok every inverted weight. The pool is the best part of the house, it has a great location and the communication with the hosts was 10. We would come back without thinking.
