The river house

La Casa del Río is a mountain chalet located directly on the San Vicente River. It is characterized by the constant lullaby of its waters, waterfalls and potholes. With its Scandinavian interior design style and located in the town of Agua de Oro (1 km from the village), it stands out for its location, privileged view and direct access to a sandy beach, with a waterfall and natural pool of the winding watercourse. It also has a swimming pool and its own solarium in the garden.

Los Miradores V

Los Miradores, is a complex of 8 houses for temporary use, implanted in a land of 2.368m2 with steep slope in the highest area of the city of Villa Allende, Córdoba. This work tries to recover the spirit of architecture as an art. From this reflection comes a 900m2 building, with a continuous semi-covered basement, which houses the bedroom area. On this, the day zone is supported, materialized by four rectangular prisms of the same proportions.

100 m from the river and 500 from the main festival square. We have a garage, fully-equipped kitchen, big living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms. Heating is a mixture of electric and wood fireplace. There are front and back gardens with bbq and wood-burning oven. The back garden is shared with me.
