Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Défense

We had a very good stay at Alix & Sylvain's. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions. The accommodation is similar to that described on the site. The area is peaceful, we slept very well. And thank you to our hosts for the little touches, such as the bottles of cold water and the presence of a fan, in these hot times.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Everything is perfect, new and welcoming and equipped with all comforts, the garden is excellent with the possibility of parking inside, the owner is very kind and respectful, a very quiet place, I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

Extremely fluid communication with Delphine, a quiet accommodation, very faithful to the listing, and very close to shops. Parking is without major difficulty. At the top👌, I recommend it.

The apartment matched the description and our expectations: clean, refurbished, well located and reasonably priced. Grocery stores, bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants nearby. Easily accessible public transport from the train station a few minutes' walk away connects us to all the networks in the Paris region (Versailles Palace, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Fabienne welcomed us with open arms and gave us several tips and suggestions on transport and activities. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

Clean and functional apartment, comfortable bedding, quiet, good location for La Défense

Thanks to Inès, Magali and Mariem for their responsiveness, and hyper fluid communication. The hosting was great. The apartment is wonderful and corresponds in all respects to the description. The furniture and supplies are excellent!!!! The design, the cleanliness, the residence, the place … everything was perfect and conducive to a delicious stay. I loved staying at Mariem's! Thank you three for taking care of your customers, which is becoming increasingly rare :) P.S: The shower is the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend them!

Damien and his wife are great hosts. They were extremely flexible with me and my family, both when entering and leaving their homes. The house is very comfortable for 3-4 people, the amenities are very sufficient. It's a very clean house and the items are also very clean. It is a 3min walk to the M1 metro, which passes through the most historical places of Paris, and the neighborhood is very safe. Even though we returned home late, we were not concerned at all. We reached everywhere easily by metro. We also took advantage of the markets and restaurants around. It's really a pristine airbnb location where you can stay with lots of confidence. I had a very good stay in Ghizlane's studio again. It is quiet, well-equipped, clean and convenient for getting to La Défense. Thanks to Ghizlane who is also a particularly responsive host!

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s place on the outskirts of Paris. The area is charming, peaceful, and very walkable, with easy access to the tram and bus, making it convenient to get into the city. The house was clean, neat, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet — perfect for relaxing after a day in Paris. Sophie is a warm and responsive host who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, authentic experience just outside the city!

Mohamed was a great host and easy to directly communicate with. The place was ideally located to grocery shopping and walking distance to La Défense (plaza and Metro). The unit was clean, well maintained and secure. We appreciated being well situated, which made our time in Paris very enjoyable.
