New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.

YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private hot tub available all year round (€40 for the 1h30 session for 2 to book on site). In a 6000m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in the winter.

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.
