The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

A rejuvenating seaside getaway, accessible by train (1 hour from Nantes) and with no need for a car on site, for even better relaxation… We welcome you to the ground floor of a charming 17th-century residence, located a 10-minute walk from everything: the ocean, markets, shops, restaurants, and sidewalk cafés… Stones, wood, natural materials, and carefully chosen colors will surround you, creating a cozy and welcoming decor.

Seaside getaway: air-conditioned and quiet house

Just a short walk from the sea, our spacious 130-m² house, classified as a “3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation,” is located in Lauzières (an oyster-farming village near La Rochelle and close to the Île de Ré bridge). The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

City house with A/C, terrace and astonishing view

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
