Located 5 minutes by car from the city center of Barcelonnette (market, shops, restaurants) or the Sauze resort (also accessible by free shuttle at the foot of the residence), it gives you access to the beautiful Ubaye valley and its winter or summer activities. The residence is quiet, with parking, petanque court, tennis court, ski storage. Come and share our mountain paradise that we have been exploring for 20 years!

Apartment La Grande Aiguille 40 m2 fully equipped

40m² apartment with a large separate bedroom. Fully equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and bathtub . Bedroom with double bed and ample storage. The living room is equipped with a clic clac sofa and an unfoldable extra bed for one person. The accommodation is located in the needle residence above the cinema 50m from the snow front and the club piou piou, all shops are within walking distance. Linens and towels are not provided. Cleaning at your expense.

Rental 2 rooms mezzanine 5 beds for week, weekend, May or November long weekends, summer/winter school holidays and off season. The whole stay can be done on foot because everything is nearby and free bus shuttles with a stop in front are provided in season. Free parking. Numerous snowshoe, hiking or mountain bike trails available. The apartment is located next to the games library, which will allow you to have fun with family or friends with the many games it has.

Free shuttle to the station in winter and July-August (until 10 pm during the winter holidays).

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
