Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Kevin is a very attentive and friendly host. Despite the late arrival, he gave us a comprehensive introduction to his apartment and the surrounding area. We always felt very well taken care of and Kevin always inquired about our well-being. The loft, the roof terrace and the infinity pool allow you to enjoy the magnificent area in a luxurious way. The property is located directly on a small, quiet beach, so we as sea lovers got our money's worth. We will definitely come back and would like to be Kevin's guests again!

Helene was very friendly helpful. the location is very central, the apartment was very clean and the Internet and air-conditioning were working perfectly! no complaints at all! Thanks for hosting us!

This was the most beautiful place. It was outside of Nice, which was absolutely what we needed. The beach was beautiful and we spent all day there. We were able to come back to a beautiful apartment. It was clean, smelled amazing, and had great location. I will be back!

I really recommend this sublime accommodation, in the center, and 1 min from the sea (direct access from the residence...) Kevin was a great host, always responsive and present We'll come back for sure! David

Marc's place is absolutely amazing! At first glance, I thought it was a farmhouse, but it's actually a spacious building with multiple rooms. The property feels like a botanical garden, filled with beautiful plants, making it a scenic spot in itself. The balcony is adorned with fragrant star jasmine, filling the air with a lovely scent. There’s also a large private parking area, which feels very secure. The location is perfect—close to famous hiking trails, ideal for outdoor adventures. It’s also just a short run to the city center, where you can swim in the sea, dine in the old town, and watch the sunset. We didn’t hear any noises as other comments said. A truly wonderful day in Antibes!

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

Roberto's house is highly recommended, it was like being at our house!! We enjoyed the breathtaking view, the pool and the sea! There is a public beach with sand 5 minutes' walk away, great for children!! Roberto was a great advisor!! Mrs. Marie at the check-in was also very nice!! we will definitely be back!!!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Absolutely stunning. Anne Marie and her partner have created a peaceful oasis in paradise. She was so kind and flexible, even though we woke her up in the middle of the night after checking in late because of a delayed flight. We had a fantastic stay in Éze - and the location could not be beat. Book here!!

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Very good welcome. The apartment is ideally located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with a top decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that awaited us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Beautiful location, balcony had unadulterated view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Right on the promenade and a beautiful walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy to access from the airport and a great base to get out and explore the French Riviera. Highly recommended

Our time at the villa in Les Issambres was peaceful and relaxing. We spent time outside and often prepared our own meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The open design really highlighted the gorgeous view and provided an atmosphere of spaciousness. And the pool was a daily treat. Laura, our local host provided prompt and responsive service -from helping us book massages to making an extra trip when we needed more toilet paper.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

I don't think there's a lot of things I could say but compliments for Ju & Tom's place, this little brilliant apartment in an absolutely picture-perfect location was just what we needed for our stay in Antibes. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and just the perfect size for two of us, and with the little outdoor area, it just made it. Sitting out on the balcony area before heading off to wherever we were going became a highlight of the trip. It is modern and clean with just the right amount of charm too! Ju & Tom were brilliant hosts, always responding quickly and telling us what we needed when we were giving them last minute requests, they were brilliantly attentive and could be flexible considering they were based close to the apartment too. What an absolutely brilliant little stay, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever had. Thank you Ju & Tom, I am SURE we'll be back!
