Perched at 1,200 meters in the alpine pastures, this exceptional gîte, a former building from the 1950s, is extremely comfortable. Carefully restored, the essentials have been preserved: light, spaciousness. Wherever you are in the house, the view is stunning. A bow window, a panoramic veranda, and windows frame the scenery, the clouds, and the play of light. Here, we live in harmony with the outdoors.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Buron de La Loubeyre - Haut

Buron lost in the mountains at 1300m altitude. it is only accessible on foot from the farm of La Loubeyre. A unique experience with a breathtaking view of the Sancy and the lakes of Cézallier. to know the life of the burgers of yesteryear. ATTENTION: Indoor water is cut off in the winter. There is still an accessible faucet in the bathroom for drinking water, kitchen and toilet. The entire circuit is restored in Spring. Do not use the wood stove, it has broken down.

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
