Apartment in Tuscany "Il fienile"

The apartment " Il Fienile" has two bedrooms, kitchen and terrace. One room is very big and you can add two beds for two children. Breakfast is NOT included in the apartment cost, it can be request on the restaurant for an extra cost. You get clean bedsheets and towels at your arrival and we give for free new ones after 7 days ( of at the middle of tour staying if longer that a week) Situated just close to the edge of a wood, the old mansion is surrounded by the green hills of Lunigiana, an historical area that for centuries was a passage land among Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia, crossed by the Via Francigena and the Salt Road. The proximity to the Alps Apuane and the “Cinque Terre” makes the mansion a strategic place for excursions to mountains and seaside, and to the next art cities, Pisa, Florence, Sarzana, Lucca and to the Carrara marble quarries. You can start also directly from the house for wonderful relaxing walks or trekkings in the Appennino Tosco Emiliano National Park and in the Cento Laghi (100 lakes) Park. You can rent our e-bikes to discover the area. You can also relax and enjoy peace, silence and coolness, in the shadow of the trees and around the swimming pool: the magnificent view over the valley and the wood around will be a real peasure for your eyes and spirit. The Taverone river will give you the emotion of a bath inside its fresh and clear waters. The great classical Tuscany wines will give you all the expected pleasure, while the Lunigiana wines will be for you a delighful discovery. A wi-fi internet connection will allow you to keep in touch with the whole world. IMPORTANT: IT'' S ESSENTIAL TO HAVE THE CAR the pool is open from 1st Mat to 1 October

The Pinta, fabulous house on the sea Vernazza

The Pinta is a historical house very close to the main street and is situated in a quiet and reserved area. The house is considered one of the most beautiful in the area, it has been finely restructured with a thought towards the landscape. It has been improved with classy furniture and has every comfort. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom equipped with a large wardrobe and a large window that has a view on the sea. This room has a seventies style bathroom. Through the large anteroom, that can host other 2 couples, you enter on the terrace that has a beautifull view on the sea of Vernazza. On the upper floor there is a big livingroom, with an incredibile stone wall that has 3 large windows that face towards the sea. In the room there is a stone fireplace that enriches the place. The livingroom has a sofabed for two, a second white sofa for 4 people, a table and six chairs. This room is directly connected with an equipped kitchen that has a view on the village. On the same floor there is a second bathroom. The furniture is very elegant and in the classical naval style, oak beamed ceilings, the floor is in an original cotto style. The Palazzo is very bright and has a great view on the sea is 130 sqm, has two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc. On the lower floor the bathroom has a bidet. The house is 300 m of distance from the station and 2 minutes from the sea. The Pinta is a nonconventional house in a strategic point ideal to merge in the beauty of the national park of the cinque terre. Far from the classical turistic homes and great for people who want to live a unique and unforgettable experience.
