We come to stay at "La Petite Passière" for its location, in a 3-hectare English garden, nestled in the heart of the meadows and forests of the Exmes valley, a diamond of the Auge region. You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Large longhouse of 145 m², typical of Norman constructions from the 2nd half of the 19th century. Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited lot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its well-tempered character offers an essential setting and comfort to welcome a few days hosts in search of a change of scenery and rest.

Small country house between river and forest

Located between Perche and the Normandy coast, 2 hours from Paris, this pretty home welcomes you for short and long stays. Fans of old stones, shimmering nature and evenings by the fireplace will find their happiness there… The capacity is three people. The house consists of a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, kettle, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms (one single and one double).

All shops in the charming village of La Ferté Fresnel (5 km) or in the city of Aigle (7 km).

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.

Great for a family gathering, birthday, party. This house has 4 bedrooms An extra bed can be provided if necessary. 1 toilet upstairs and one bathroom fitted with a shower.
