A place with an excellent location and an incredible view of the sunsets, Valeria was very attentive to everything, inside the apartment there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

There is a walkway outside the condominium that crosses Route 5 and takes you right to La Herradura beach, a few minutes' walk. The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was not a problem for my family. For people with walking difficulties, it would not help them much. Everything else is spectacular.

The apartment is very cozy, implecable and with everything you need to stay for several days. The condominium is very safe and quiet without disturbing noise. It is located in front of the beach and close to restaurants, you can walk to the Faro and the coast. 100% recommended.

The apartment has all the amenities, from utensils to the location itself. The host on a 10/10. Highly recommended!!!! We hope to go back with our family and children.

Excellent stay. Very good location, but I would recommend coming by car, if you want to go to La Serena or Coquimbo, because there is no public transport. There are businesses relatively close by, a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria. The beach is very clean and beautiful. The host is always attentive and kind. We had a great time!

This is the second time with my family we stayed in Mrs. Rosa's depto and just like the first time it was a wonderful stay, it was like getting home. The apartment is very well located the place is very quiet. You are steps from the beach, next to a supermarket, the only bad thing for those who are not used to is the noise of the road that passes outside, however I recommend it for price and quality.
