Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

It is located 2 hours from Paris, 20 minutes from Rouen and 30 minutes from the beaches (A151, A150). 5 minutes from the Parc de CLÈRES where the flamingos of Cuba , Roux pandas, nearly 1400 animals await you. And 2 mm from the amusement park of BOCASSE.

This colorful 1970s-style cottage is located in Normandy halfway between Dieppe and Rouen, 5 minutes from the highway, the TESLA electric supercharger terminal and 10 minutes from the SNCF train station! Renovated in 2024, this cottage sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children). - Open south-facing room, bright, with views of fields, pond and wind turbines, - Mezzanine with open sleeping area with 2 single beds, - Bathroom & shower / kitchen, - Fenced garden, - Private parking.
