Beachfront holiday rental in La Janda

Este apartamento es genial para pasar unos días, fuimos 2 parejas y no echamos nada en falta. Se puede aparcar el coche dentro, está a escasos minutos andando del paseo principal de El Palmar, alejado lo suficiente del ruido. Camas correctas, sofá cómodo y grande para 4, cocina con todo lo necesario, toallas de playa, sombrilla, tablas de surf…Ana y su marido de 10, nos dejaron varias cositas de recibimiento y en el apagón, nos dejaron el generador para poder cocinar y demás. ¡Muy recomendable, volveremos!

Appartamento molto carino, dotato di tutto (incluse le seggioline da spiaggia!), piccolo ma molto ben organizzato (e cucinotto fornitissimo) a 5 metri dalla spiaggia di Cadice! La zona è piena di ristoranti ed attività di ogni tipo e per ogni tasca.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Encantada con la casa y con Isabel. estuvo en todo momento atenta y en casa no faltaba detalle la ubicación habla por si sola.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Stonehouse in Tarifa. The location is truly special—set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by wildflowers and peaceful landscapes. You can really feel the care and respect for the conservation of the area, which makes the experience all the more meaningful. The house itself is beautifully and sympathetically designed to blend into its surroundings. It feels like a natural part of the landscape, yet inside, it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thoughtfully stocked, cozy, and comfortable—everything has been considered to make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in nature with charm, comfort, and real character, this is the place. We can’t wait to return.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Un pequeño oasis dentro de un paraíso ! El alojamiento es increíble para desconectar y conectar con la zona. Todo limpio, ordenado, cama muy cómoda, cerca de la playa y de la zona principal de ocio, y unos anfitriones de 10 estrellas!!! Sin duda será sitio de parada obligatoria todo los años.😍

Fantástica ubicación, muy cerquita del mar y del centro de Conil. El apartamento es tal y como se describe y está impecable. Javier es super amable y atento, da gusto tratar con él. Repetiremos seguro!

My partner and I always do Airbnb when we travel and have stayed in a lot of them over the years. This was for sure one of the top places we have ever stayed at. The apartment has incredible views of the beach, it’s extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, all bedrooms have great quality bedding and towels, super clean and peaceful. Sara was super nice and responsive. Checking in and out was very easy. If we ever go back to Tarifa we are without a doubt staying here again. Highly recommended! Thank you Sara!

The apartment is in an excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Lots bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The roof top is a real sun trap.

This apartment in Tarifa was marvellous. As a location it was perfect for us, overlooking the most beautiful beach in a quiet location but an easy walk into the centre of Tarifa Old Town. The top floor penthouse situation meant that there was both good sun but also excellent cover from the winds, which you always need to plan for in Tarifa. Nice pool and only a few metres from the enormous beach. The apartment was tastefully decorated (as can be seen in the pictures) and very well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and we got very quick responses when we needed to ask about something. In fact communications with Iker were always quick and efficient. All in all we had a lovely stay in a beautiful apartment, would recommend it to others and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Tarifa.

Very nice apartment, would definitely recommend it. The house lies on a secluded park, which while we were there was very quiet during the week and became lively in the weekend. People were friendly and the swimming pool was very nice. The outside area of the house is nice and private, people cannot easily look inside. The house itself is good, keeps cool and has a modern interior. Overall a very nice experience!

Ett fantastiskt hus mitt i hjärtat av Tarifa. Huset gav en privat känsla men ändå känslan av närhet till restauranger med mera. Ett perfekt hus som passar för både familjen och tjejgänget. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Una casa fantástica, muy bonita y equipada al máximo, no falta de nada. Muchas opciones para hacer de comer y muchas comodidades. El propietario ha estado siempre atento y manda mucha información tanto para las actividades que se pueden hacer por el entorno como para el uso de la vivienda. Volveremos el año que viene. Recomendable al 100%.

Todo genial, ubicación y urbanización inmejorables. Apartamento muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario y unas camas super cómodas. Cuidan mucho los detalles y es algo que se agradece dado lo cara que se está poniendo esta zona.

Die Wohnung liegt etwa 3 km westlich vom Ortskern. Wir kennen die Gegend und wussten das. Zum Einkaufen empfiehlt sich daher unbedingt ein Auto. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Das große Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 1,40 breit. Für zwei große Menschen herausfordernd aber kuschelig. Alles Organisatorische hat total gut geklappt.

Conozco el Palmar de antes por ir con mi furgoneta, pero esta vez viniendo desde otro país quisimos alojarnos en un lugar que no estuviese lejos de las playas para ir a hacer surf pero tampoco cerca de los bares ni restaurantes para evitar el ruido y la gente. El bungalow fue una muy buena opción la verdad, estaba todo lo necesario para vivir y estar chill con nuestro equipamiento seguro y de vez en cuando venía un perro o un gato a hacernos compañía. Si tuviese que mencionar una pega sería : alguna casa vecina estuvieron haciendo fiesta 5 de las 7 noches que nos quedamos; y alguna vez dandole al motor de una moto creo, la verdad que nos despertaron varias veces y eso hacía que a la mañana no nos despertabamos temprano como queríamos. Dudo que el anfitrión pueda controlar nada de eso aunque si vivieses allí y cada semana mis vecinos estan así... estaría MUY irritada. Pero por el resto, propiedad bien mantenida, animales majos, acogerdor bungalow y espacio para surfistas! Gracias Sandra

Muy buen apartamento y bien equipado, solo sugiero revisar la iluminación. Es iluminación fria y en el dormitorio el artefacto da una luz demasiado potente. Por lo demas todo excelente y nela ha sido muy amable y conectada en todo momento. Nos permitió un late check out sin costo que nos vino barbaro!! Gracias nuevamente

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and within beautiful grounds. The pool was great with sun loungers and parasols available for use. Perfect location for the beach, only a couple of minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 6 and felt there was a great amount of space in the apartment and the washing machine and tumble drier was a great amenity also! Quiet location, it’s a longish walk for young children to the main restaurant areas, but taxis were only 5-6 euros and the gentleman on security was always happy to help and order taxis for us. Next time I would maybe hire a car. The walk is ok for adults, my parents walked to the old town each day and just got a taxi back no problem.

4 semaines très agréables chez juanma. Appartement très spacieux, lumineux, très calme en hivers bien que très central. Les chauffages d'appoint ont été suffisants. Pour nous le grand plus est la proximité avec tous les lieux vivants de Barbate, plage, marché, peña flamenca, bars, restaurants et magasins...... Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Estadia Ótima. Admiramos que o imóvel de apenas 25m2 estava muito bem organizado para receber perfeitamente um casal com toda comodidade e foi criado um ambiente bem aprazível. Parabéns.

Perfectly decorated, clean and comfortable home 10 minute walk from the beach. We had a lot of rain, which is disappointing at the beach, but the house provided an ideal refuge. Nice complex, even though we didn’t make use of the nearby pool. Horse-covered hills out the window.
