The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches
