It is located 800 m from the Bazoin locks pier, where you can rent a boat, canoe, but also a bike and quadracycle... Great area for fishing and beautiful walks in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. In the village of Damvix, you will find a convenience store with lottery, tobacco and newspapers, a bakery, a butcher, delicatessen and caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, garage, restaurants, piers... etc.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. La Lézardière is located in the countryside, surrounded by corn and wheat fields and in the immediate vicinity of the Benon forest. The cottage has a private heated swimming pool (6m x 4m) from mid-April to mid-September (depending on the weather) to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. It sleeps 12. There is a large garden, heated and sun pool all day, pétanque court and shaded areas.
