Lovely house with a private balcony and solarium. Central (4'to the church square, 8' to the beach and 10'to the Gibraltar border). Originally it was a painting studio/workshop and it is noticeable in the artistic objects that decorate it configuring a unique and original environment. Comfortable, newly decorated and furnished. Very bright and with views of Sierra Carbonera. Air conditioning, heating and fireplace with fire wood oven. It will not leave you indifferent and you will feel right at home.
