The neighborhood has tree-lined streets and green spaces. The two-story house has 3 bedrooms (one en suite), 3 bathrooms, a living room and a dining room. It offers comfort, lots of natural light and cold/hot air in all rooms, as well as central heating. It also has a garden with a pool, grill and glass patio.

My workshop is on the ground floor with completely separate access. Ideal for 1 or 2 quiet people looking for rest near the river and gastronomy, 30 min from CABA and Tigre. Not suitable for events/productions.
