This magnificent sea view villa for 10 people with its large swimming pool, is very well located in a peaceful environment, 5 min from the beaches and 10 min from the city center by car. It consists of an entrance, a large living room, dining room and kitchen overlooking the pool and garden, a small bedroom with shower and a toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, a bathroom and 2 toilets, as well as 3 large sea view bedrooms, including a master bedroom with dressing room, shower room and a terrace.
