Excellent host. She is helpful, friendly and was available to assist with all our questions even after our départure. Her apartment is stylishly decorated with many extras that made our short stay even more memorable. The view was breathtaking! Highly recommended

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

The apartment was spacious, light and bright and well appointed. Right in the heart of old town - step out to restaurants and bars and a brief walk to the beach. Perfect for families wanting to be close to the hustle and bustle of Nice. Be prepared to climb 4 floors, and given you are in the heart of old town, there may be some late night noise. The hosts were excellent, providing lots of information well ahead of arrival and extremely responsive should you have any queries.

Had a great stay and the host is very helpful. It’s at walking distance from the promenade. Although a little far from the hustle bustle of the city.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very well-equipped. The instructions are very clear for accessing it. We had a very good stay, especially since the tram is close, which makes visits easier.

The place is really very nice. Especially the terrace. After a day in Nice, it's nice to have some peace and quiet. The place is perfect for this because it's a little more secluded on the hill. About 15 minutes walking down the hill is a good train/bus connection. The landlords are also very nice :)

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Ideal apartment for a stay by the sea , very clean accommodation, ideally located close to shops . A bike path is at the bottom of the property to reach Nice or Antibes. The accommodation itself is very well appointed and convenient with private parking space. The bedding is comfortable. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks to Mylène and Gilbert.

Great place near the beach

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Valérie was a very good host! She has prepared maps, towels and basket for the beach. The garden was beautiful and the rooms were comfy. It's a little tiring to walk up the hill to the house every day though. Anyway, we had great time there! Merci!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very nice apartment, quality furnishings etc and can tell it has been refurbed to a high standard. Great view of Nice. Private parking. We had a Peugeot 408 hire car which fit no problem. Communal Pool is fantastic.

Excellent host and place to stay in Nice! The place is very cozy and got what you need if you are out for a shot vacation in group. Location is a bit far away from the city centre but is beside the highway which is easy to get an uber.
