This place was great for my family of 7! Everyone has their space. The location and the amenities were great!! We loved this place and Male was amazing!! We would definitely recommend and stay once again!

This apartment was in a great neighborhood with walkable food/drink options and close to the beach. Kim was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with local drivers and restaurants. The ONLY downside is that the bedroom window does not seal shut so sound from the neighbors travels easily, one night they played music at the pool till 4am. That being said, it could happen anywhere and it was certainly not Kim’s fault. We had a wonderful stay.

Very happy with the place and the host's attention, he was always attentive and helpful with anything. The place is super comfortable, it has an incredible view and there are many interesting places nearby, even near the direct descent to the beach. I love that the place is super equipped for very long stays (it has everything you need). I would definitely love to come back, all the guests were very happy 😁

Very good place to spend a few quiet days, the location is very good if you want to be away from the disaster but close to tourist attractions. The host great despite being always paying holidays, we had an issue with the water heater that he immediately resolved. Totally recommended place.

A great host, constant and effective communication, clear instructions. A safe and quiet space in the subdivision with restaurant options, grocery store and beautiful beaches nearby. The house is clean and well maintained, with a clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms well laid out and with comfortable beds. Air conditioning throughout the house, nice lighted terrace for an overnight stay.

my reaction when i 1st walked in the door was, i’m in Mexico now, the apartment was colorful, cozy & comfortable. i loved the location as i was so close to everything & yet it was still a quiet area. i only needed to communicate with the hosts once or twice & their responses came very quickly. i would definitely stay here again

I highly recommend the Sundeck, the area is the best in Playa de la Marina del Cid, very quiet area, we enjoyed the beach at the maxcimo and Kirk's apartment is beautiful with everything you need to have a great stay. Breakfast in the dining room on the balcony of the best with the sea in front. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much Kirk!
