Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course. Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
