Facing the garden of Villa Carmelie, this independent apartment is on the ground floor of a house. It is located a 15-minute walk to the city center and train station (3-minute drive). The environment is rather quiet and green. Free parking adjacent to the house allows you to park without difficulty. (There is a small dog in the main house but it cannot access the accommodation because the terrace is closed.)

Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.
