Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Mulatière

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

Lovely place with a lovely view:)

Nice accommodation at the back of the garden with independent access, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is easy to park the car nearby. The center of Lyon is easily and quickly accessible by the bus line whose stop is just next door. We were hosted very well by Olivier.

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

Extremely welcoming and responsive host, accommodation totally in line with the description. We spent 5 days. It was ideal in relation to our projects that were in the area. We recommend it for the functional and charming accommodation and the impeccable quality of the host.

Beautiful studio, well equipped and well located. True to the photos shared. There is a ceiling fan that was very useful to us in the warmer weather. Located on the 3rd floor, no elevator... it helps us stay in shape ☺️ Denis responds quickly and remains available to us. I would recommend it in a second.

Great welcome in a very peaceful place conducive to relaxation. Next year I'll book two nights instead of one to enjoy it even more!

A very nice apartment within minutes of the tramline that gets you to the train station in minutes. So everywhere in striking distance. Cleaning and quiet neighbourhood with shops that sell all you need.

Abigail's apartment is bright and pleasant with its large upstairs terrace that offers an unobstructed view. It is well-equipped and is ideally located for eating, walking, shopping and visiting the city of Lyon, all on foot during a weekend. Thank you!

Michel bous explained everything before and after our arrival, he was responsive and the accommodation perfectly met our needs. Very good accommodation for a family with teenagers, each has their own space. I would recommend

We had a great stay despite the heat of June, the air conditioning was welcome. Renaud was very responsive and very welcoming, we were able to drop off our luggage before the scheduled arrival time to visit Lyon without being cluttered :) The value for money was excellent, I highly recommend visiting Lyon for a weekend.

Martine's place was very well located, clean and spacious. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and she was always responsive to any queries.

I stayed in the apartment for a conference, so I was looking for a place within walking distance from the uni and some amenities like workspace and washing machine. For my purpose, this place was perfect. Just a quiet place to return back to. I like the neighbourhood, personal, local, not touristy, everything you need.

Great apartment for our travels, easy to get to from the train station and easy to travel to the airport from. Lots of great places nearby to eat and easy to walk around from to explore Lyon.

A good place to stay as a base for business trips or exploring Lyon – particularly suitable for solo travellers. It’s clean and functional, with everything you need, though not luxurious. Guests coming from overseas should be aware that the electrical sockets are quite old and may not always work well with modern adapters. That said, the building is solidly constructed, and the thick walls provide a peaceful environment with very little noise from neighbouring apartments.

We had a very good weekend in Lyon. The residence is quiet. Marie is adorable and very responsive.

I couldn’t recommend Julie’s apartment more- fabulous base for a trip to Lyon in a gorgeous part of town, very close to public transport. It’s comfortable, colourful and has an incredible vista. Seeing the lights at nighttime over the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière is a stunning sight.

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bathroom, made the stay easier.

Very nice place! Everything was excellent! Highly recommended!
