Twee slaapkamers kijken uit over het riviertje. De keuken beschikt over een koelkast, gasfornuis, gasoven, magnetron, Nespresso- en filter koffieapparaat, waterkoker en wasmachine. Een barbecue staat voor het huisje Uiteraard beschikt de gite over WIFI. Uw vriendelijke viervoeter is welkom (toeslag).

Notre logement est proche de l'art et la culture (musée d'art contemporain, nombreuses manifestations culturelles).. ATTENTION : pas de WI-FI, mais wifi public disponible à la plage et les cafés.

The gîte is on the hosts' property, not overlooked, you have your peace and quiet, but if you need us we are not far away. Relaxation and calm assured. Lake Lavaud Gélade: fishing, swimming 10 minutes by car or 45 minutes on foot. Lake Vassivière 25 minutes by car. Short hikes from the cottage. 10 minutes from the first shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, tobacco, fuel)

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

A studio on the ground floor of my house

Je vous accueille au rdc de ma maison située au coeur du quartier historique d'Aubusson. C'est un logement non-fumeur de 30m2 avec cuisine et salon. La cuisine équipée donne sur une petite cour privative. Le salon peut accueillir 3 personnes, avec un lit double en 140 et un lit simple, le wifi et la télévision. La salle de bain du rdc est privative au logement mais se situe en dehors de la pièce à vivre, seuls les w-c à l'entée de la maison sont en commun.

Our family home, a typical 1896 Corrèze farmhouse, is located in the heart of the Milles Sources plateau. Refurbished, for our holidays we want to discover this little corner of France that is still wild. The hamlet of Neuvialle, both very quiet and vibrant because of its inhabitants, is the starting point for a multitude of hikes directly on foot from the house, through the coniferous forests, the heather moors, and the pastures where lambs graze.
