It is very functional with 3 renovated bedrooms equipped with storage, new bedding. Ideally located 5 minutes from Part-Dieu, 15 minutes from Parc de la Tête d'Or and Paul Bocuse market halls on foot, well connected by public transport, 13 minutes by bus from Vieux Lyon and close to all amenities. We follow the Airbnb cleaning protocol.

Lovely little flat in the heart of Saint-Louis district. Located on the ground floor (no stairs), and in the courtyard (very quiet, no street noise). A lot of commodities are surrounding the flat (bakery, butcher, supermarket, little market 3 days a week, grocery....) and there are plenty of nice restaurants all around. The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.

In the neighborhood, there are many small restaurants with Neapolitan, African and Vietnamese cuisine.
