(5 minutes from Part Dieu train station, 10 minutes from Halles Paul Bocuse, 15 minutes from the city center, on foot) (non-smoking room)

Really calm estate with parking places and closed by a gate with an access code. It is near to "Eurexpo", a place where trade fairs and exhibitions are held. There is a castle, restaurants and small shops nearby, only a 5-minute walk from the house. The shopping centre is a 10-minute car or tram ride, with many shops and a large supermarket.
