Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

The location of this place is fantastic. The cleanliness and comfort was wonderful. The building common areas are not very welcoming and the stairs are steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage, but once you enter the apartment, it is an oasis. Alix is very responsive and a very good host.

Very close to bus/tram/train station. Near Westfield and many other groceries shop.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lyon at this space, recently renovated and very comfortable to relax in after a long day exploring. Very easy walk from the Perrache train station, and also going back and forth during our visit so close to the Ampere Metro station. The space itself has great proximity and an easy walk to so many neighborhoods in Lyon, and was very comfortable for two adults staying for a few days. Europe can get warm in the summer and while this apartment does not have air conditioning, fans were provided and we slept with the windows open mostly. During the weekends, some noise can be heard from passers-by below, but we were comfortable and it was expected. We really appreciated having accessible and easy to use washer/dryer and iron too. Would definitely love to visit again, Laura & Ed were gracious hosts!

We had a great time at Marine's place! She wasn't there but guided us perfectly to pick up the keys to the accommodation, we were able to arrive at the time we wanted and it was very appreciable. The apartment is warm, very clean, with all the necessary amenities. +++ for Lola's toys that our daughter particularly liked 😊 The accommodation is perfectly located, in a secure residence, Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a 2-min walk, the Vieux Lyon district is easily accessible, the Parc de la Tête d'Or is also a 20-min walk... it's a great location for visiting Lyon! Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Stéphane was extremely responsive. His property was more beautiful than pictured. I would recommend this property to family and friends and if I am lucky enough to return to Lyon I will be staying at Stéphane!

Alexis place was in a perfect location to explore the Vieux Lyon (old quarter). It is a VERY short 2 min. walk to the metro & also the funicular to the hillside Roman ruins & amazing church of Our Lady! The apartment requires walking up stairs but is in a charming old school building & the inside is modern & VERY clean! We highly recommend Alexis' place in Lyon!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Myriam place is huge and lots of rooms. You feel right at home! Great host! Would definitely come back.

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Amazing, we highly recommend! The setting/view is just beautiful, the accommodation impeccable, the decoration is neat and tasteful, the bedding is perfect. The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. Marianne is warm and very concerned about the well-being of her hosts both in her messages and in the details in the accommodation. We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Price incomparable compared to hotels and the value for money and the services offered are far superior. The training room in the home was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own single room and could retreat to work quietly while the others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation with sanitary facilities (5 for the whole accommodation and there are on all floors), bathrooms in all bedrooms, 2 fridge and 2 coffee machines. We weren't stepping on each other's toes but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (whom we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Delphine was so kind, she always answered in a matter of minutes. The appartment was super clean, the appliances were all very new and of good quality. What surprised me the most was how confortable de bed was, even better than some hotels. The appartment is very centre ville, literally two minute walk to bus, metro and bike station. You do have to be attentive to the water heater though as it has some system that heats just enough for two adults who shower fairly quickly. Nothing that bothered me too much though.

Great place, very clean, spacious and ideal for a family or group stay. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhone:) Marie is very kind and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. Thank you!

The accommodation offered by Lauriane and Mickael is really great! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The basement parking space is a real plus, it allows you to have peace of mind throughout the stay. The decoration is neat, the residence is quiet, as is the neighborhood, which makes the whole thing very pleasant. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they are really lovely. Thank you again!
