They are set on a beautiful mountainside with some of the best views in La Paz down to the valley of the flowers. Great treks and activities near by. We are just 35 mins from city centre of La Paz by public transport but a world away from the hustle and bustle!

It is a functional studio apartment refurbished in a traditional house with a modern style. It is sunny with double windows keeping the heat and isolating the noise. The neighborhood is in the middle of a residential area of hotels, embassies, institutions, and commerce in general (pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, restaurants, etc. all within a 6-minute walk). In addition, on the ground floor there is a cafeteria (specialty coffee, pastries, French bakery, pizzas, juices, etc.).

Me and my friend stayed in Andres' apartment for about two months. It is a beautiful place with a fantastic view over La Paz - perhaps one of the best views in the city - located close to Mirador Killi Killi. There is also a nice restaurant right next to the apartment. We have really enjoyed our timed here and can warmly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay in La Paz, and Andres as a host who has been so welcoming and helpful.

I wish to express my gratitude to Iván and Marcelo for their warmth and empathy. At the beginning of the trip, Ivan demonstrated his ability by solving a small inconvenience. Our trip, motivated by health reasons, found a functional solution in the area and the house. The availability of an apartment with a kitchen and two bathrooms was especially valuable. On the other hand, Marcelo's kindness deserves a special mention, since he gave us his crucial help when we needed to get to the airport, at a time when the city was paralyzed, making our exit from the city of La Paz impossible. Thank you very much, I hope other guests will have the opportunity to meet them and enjoy their home like we do.
