Charming river view cottage. 1 bedroom and sizable loft perfect for kids! Sleeps 6 comfortably. The cottage is a park model and although small, has everything your family will need to enjoy the river. This cottage is also our vacation home so we do keep some supplies there throughout the year. The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

This cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath next to the canyon home sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6. With all the conveniences of home including a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator. What a great location ! After frying on the boat on Lake Havasu all day ... returning to Big River at dusk was so refreshing and peaceful. The house is pretty and air conditioning fantastic. My favorite was the wild life. So entertaining to seat outside and watch nature be itself without us. Thank you guys. We loved it and for sure will be back.

Nice place to stay nice home. Can be difficult to find a place to launch your boat on holiday weekends. We used the public launch area free of charge called the take off point. I recommend this spot and everyone is friendly and helpful to each other there. But the house and boat parking at the house was perfect!

As part of our two-year journey toward downsizing and transforming our lives, we are exploring various types of living spaces. At the top of our list was a tiny home, which impressed us with its fantastic features and amenities. The resort provided us with clear communication about everything we needed to know—from check-in to check-out and everything in between. The location, right in front of the river, was particularly special for us since I have a deep love for water. The sights and sounds were incredibly calming. Additionally, the resort was impeccably clean and meticulously maintained. I would recommend this place for anyone who just wants to get away. We will definately be back.

Great place! It was super clean and felt so homey. There was a guidebook of things to do and it was a beautiful, peaceful and quiet area. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. I would 100% come back!
