Serviced apartment holiday rentals in La Paz Department

I was very happy with my stay! The complex consists of several flats, all of which can also be found on AirBnb, kind of like an aparthotel. The flat is large, especially the bathroom, and the equipment, especially in the kitchen, is modern. Nothing was lacking. For those who care: There is a Smart TV with Netflix and co. You can reach the Teleferico station Sopocachi in 5 minutes and Plaza Espana, where you can find most of the minibuses (the public transport in La Paz). There is an in house laundry service and the flat is thoroughly cleaned once a week for longer stays (I was there for 1 month), including changing bed linen, towels etc. All in all, a top service! Lovely apartment--we stayed three days. Close to the Sopocachi teleferico station and a few minutes walk from grocery stores and other amenities. Furnished with everything you might need, and very hospitable staff.

Although at first we felt like we were right out of town at the top of a very long hill with 8 flights of stairs to get home ( with 2 young children this was important to us) we came to love returning to the peaceful , homely apartment with quite easily the BEST views in la Paz , and absolutely loved spending our downtime here. Thankyou !

clean accommodation, quiet, close to the center. very good hospitality. Very flexible on the island, and responsive. Washing machine and common hanging rack for the building. Not very cheap, but we were in carnival time.

I recommend this accommodation, I always had a quick response and the apartment has everything you need for a great stay. It is very well located on a main avenue where you can walk to convenient places. I was surprised that it had an espresso machine in the kitchen and I took the opportunity to buy some good coffee to prepare. My son took advantage of the tub and took a bath to relax after a long day of walking around La Paz. :-)

Eduardo's accommodation was the best option to get an objective view of the city. The location, the security of the building, the unbeatable view, the constant communication and Eduardo's concern for his guests were the most important aspects of our stay. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful location within La Paz. You're in the center of the city, yet it's a quiet spot. Many amenities within walking distance, including groceries, restaurants, and transportation. Wilma was very responsive to questions throughout my three month stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful! A lovely Airbnb with everything you need, felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I stayed here after non-stop moving from hostel to hostel in the last month and it was just what we needed. Walkable distance to the sites of La Paz and a perfect place to unwind after a long day of seeing the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who comes to La Paz!
