This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico such as Balandra and El Tecolote, are within just 20 kms.

Casita Caracol: a unique, cozy, and beautiful space!

La Casita Caracol is a super cozy loft space with a king-size bed and a sofa bed on the 2nd floor. Downstairs there is a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. The loft has WiFi and air conditioning. It also has a laundry space and a closed garage for guests. It is located in a very quiet area, 600 m from a beach perfect for walking and watching the sunset. The pier is 10 minutes away by car, as is the airport. You can use the shared pool in the apartments next door.

"NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS .. The house is located in a familiar area, 3 blocks from the boardwalk of La Paz. The house is recently remodeled, very beautiful and perfect to have a good time with family and friends. It has a king bed in the main room, a queen bed in the second room, and two single beds in the third. It has 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, closed garage, and the best: a great patio with a private pool. We would love to receive you! "

Casa Chukum: with a swimming pool, barbecue, and a gas fire pit

House 950 meters from the pier (12 minutes walk or 2 by car), with an incredible patio where you can enjoy a swimming pool, lounge area, barbecue, gas fire pit and outdoor dining room. This new house can accommodate 6 people, divided into three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and its own TV. In addition, it has a TV room, a large kitchen with a dining room, parking for one car, and a laundry room. Air conditioning and WiFi in all areas.
