Holiday rentals with a patio in La Paz

The apartment is in an excellent area, close to the esplanade and there is an Oxxo nearby and a birrieria, as well as tacos el estadio, I will definitely stay again ♥️

Place was just as the pictures showed. Place was clean. Super nice. Check in was super easy. Location was great. Using the gps to get there is good but don’t turn down the dirt road that it tells you to. Get to rental from the malicon. Definitely bring some towels or buy some here. With 2 showers some days, there wasn’t enough. We left the ones we bought there but still needs more. Wished there was a washer and dryer but the laundry mat was super close. The pool was 12 steps from our patio and heated. Was perfect. Loved the pool bathroom being out by it. Would have liked a tv in our bedroom but not a deal breaker. All in all was super pleased with it. Was glad we brought clothes hangers too

Beautiful house, clean and very comfortable! We loved the hammock detail, my family and I took turns lying down for a while. It's easy to get to the accommodation and the area is very quiet. Magdalena welcomed us and she is very kind and accessible. Thank you very much for your attention, we will definitely be back! :)

Great stay in La Paz. This area is about a ten minute drive from downtown but it’s incredibly peaceful. You can go right out to the beach and there’s an eco reserve right next door. This is a more local area and doesn’t have shops around it. Also to note if you have small kids or babies- the second floor noise which is also a rental comes through reallly loudly. Not at all an issue if you’re on your own but can be an issue with kids which we had. We let the host know and the noise immediately stopped. They were wonderful hosts and it was a great stay!

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

We just got back from a week vacation at this property and it was amazing! Our group was two adults couples and the place was perfect. Loved that each room had two very comfortable king sized beds so neither couple felt like they had to compromise. The house was super clean and looked just like the photos. Maybe better. It was in the low 90s while we were there and the pool was the perfect temperature to feel refreshing. The A/C worked well and the view is incredible! One thing to note about this property is its a 15 minute walk down to the Malecon, but the city center is at least 20 minutes further down the Malecon. Since the property has such a great view, its obviously set up on a hill, which part is very steep coming back up. Thankfully we are all in good physical shape and enjoy walking, otherwise it could be a bit of a challenge without a car. The property management really made the trip for us. They were SO responsive, helped us with transportation, a chef, and two tours.

I am so happy we chose to stay at Mary’s home. Everything was great, perfect layout for friends or two couples traveling together the privacy of having your own room and bathroom away from the kitchen and living area was so great. We had a car to drive to the beaches and some restaurants, parking was always available right out front. Although having the car was nice if you don’t rent a car it’s ok, everything is within walking distance. There is a small convenience store right next door. Food, coffee, shopping, the Malecón was just about a 7 minute walk. House was very clean, well taken care of and Mary & her co host respond so quick and gave us amazing recommendations. I am definitely staying here again my next trip to La Paz. Do yourself a favor and book this house! You won’t regret it.

I had a very pleasant stay in this condominium. The place is comfortable, well distributed and perfect for both one person and two couples, as the two bedrooms offer privacy and enough space. I stayed alone and felt very comfortable from the start. The location is excellent: just a few minutes walk from the esplanade, shops, restaurants and everything you need to enjoy the city without a car. Despite being so close to everything, the condominium is very quiet, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. The common areas are well maintained, and the two pools are a great plus for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for both personal getaways and small group trips.

Our stay was excellent, the service of the staff who received us was always cordial and with complete willingness to support us with our questions and with the loan of additional towels for the beach and icebox. The great facilities (they are in very good condition, much better than they look in the photos and everything is very clean). The ground floor location made it much easier for my parents to stay, as they are elderly. Everything in general excellent in location, service and facilities.

The apartment is amazing, very clean and comfortable. The truth is that the host was amazing with super valuable information and with very good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thank you so much for hosting us!
