Staying at María’s place was truly a wonderful experience. She’s one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met — always sweet, attentive, and easy to communicate with. The place was just as described, super clean and cozy, and the building staff and security guards were also incredibly nice and welcoming. I had a small personal mishap during my stay, and María handled the situation with so much understanding and grace. I’m really grateful for how supportive she was — it meant a lot. Honestly, her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you so much, María, for everything. I would absolutely love to stay again if you'll have me!

The apartment is as described on the platform. With very good taste in the furniture and parking for my car. It is in one of the best areas of GDL and you can walk to Andares. There is a Walmart Express within walking distance to buy whatever you need during your stay. Manuel is very proactive and tries to provide solutions to everything. The only detail is the building regulations, which are extremely strict, but this is not a factor in the end. We highly recommend the place.

I rented this place once and I had to return because I liked the apartment and the comfort. It is highly recommended and Gustavo is very friendly.

Everything related to the service and the apartment, there are no complaints at all. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and very private. It has its own entrance that leads to the main street, and the communication at all times was respectful and Araceli always tried to give us all the attention possible. But where I did have some issues was that in an upstairs apartment every day at 3 am they used a saw or electric jigsaw to work or they worked with hammers or some jobs. I'm not generalizing if it was another guest or family members. Also, there are special children who, due to their condition, leave empty syrup bottles, glasses or other objects in the laundry area, which has a laundry chute entrance and is connected to the second floor, and the child's screams at different times. Personally, I don't have a problem with it, nor with the objects that were thrown away, which were garbage, but I do think that there will be people who will be bothered by it.

Good location, and exactly as described online. The weather in Guadalajara has been extremely hot when I was there, and the AC wasn’t enough. Again, this was an extreme case. I didn’t take advantage of their pool or gym, which I’m sure would have helped with the heat. I cannot say enough good things about Saida, as she was responsive and accessible the entire time.

We had an excellent stay, the apartment is as shown in the photos and has everything you need to feel at home, it was very clean and tidy. It's easy to get there and they gave us clear instructions on how to use the facilities. Also, the building staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Francisco is a very kind person who answered my questions at all times. The apartment is very nice, just like in the photos. It has a beautiful view and the neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We liked that it has parking and security in the The apartment has an elevator, which makes it very practical to carry your luggage more comfortably. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!

The only thing that scared me a little was that the welcome message included a detailed list of fines for damages. I always take great care of the place where I stay, and this time I was even more careful!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.
