Villa holiday rentals in La Pineda

The house was perfectly in line with our expectations for a week of vacation with small children. Very well equipped house, ideally located very close to the beaches, with air conditioning and pool which are a big plus with the strong heat of August. The instructions were very clear, everything was perfect! Many thanks to hosts for their availability and responsiveness.

Emilio was warm and great host! The house exactly as in photos. Perfect place to stay and relax from nowadays rush. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The surroundings are beautiful and the outdoor kitchen was a delight. It was great to be walking distance to the Cartoxia and to a couple restaurants.

The location is very quiet and with a great view. The dogs reported in other reviews are only in the garden for a short time and do not disturb. All inquiries were always answered extremely quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to spend your vacation. Pros: - Location, beach across the street, and many more within walking distance. - A garage full of toys for children, sun loungers, bikes, etc. - a garden with a barbecue area - 2 bathrooms with showers - 3 separate bedrooms - great check-in and flexibility, the lady who deals with it can't work out in English, but there's no problem with google translator:) - equipped kitchen Cons: - no pillowcases, etc. (this is noted in the description, which does not change the fact that it is a big minus) - the surcharge for these "comforts" is 10EUR/person we used. - Wifi internet with some strange limits, it became almost unusable at some time. I don't recommend it for someone who wants to work remotely. - there was food from previous tenants under the beds and in the couch in the living room, not enough but there was not much. Generally a great place, it was nice to visit, but of course you have to keep in mind those drawbacks that happened to us:)

José Luis has been an exceptional host: very kind, approachable and attentive at all times. He explained both the check-in and check-out perfectly, and shared the history of the house with us, which was a very nice touch. It is clear that everything is prepared with great pleasure and attention to detail. I 100% recommend any accommodation managed by him. The experience has been excellent.

We had an amazing holiday at Casa Michelle. The house is spacious and comfortable, only 3-minutes walk from the beach, with all the mods and cons necessary for a perfect beach/pool relaxing vacation. Both Michelle and the property manager, Gabi were super helpful and responsive. The pool is clean and the water temperature was perfect at all hours. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, close to shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. With two children and two young adults, everyone had something to do and enjoy. We really hope to come back in the near future. Thank you Michelle and Gabi!

Very beautiful vintage style house. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the house, as the pictures do not do the house justice. In addition, the landlord is very responsive in case of any problems. The house is very well arranged. Despite the 35 degrees outside, the house was cool thanks to its air conditioning. The road in front of the house is now an exclusively pedestrian path, making the outdoors quieter and safer. The house is fully equipped, from the bucket to the thrift, which is a big plus. A quick note, however, about the size of beds that are not of standard sizes. We had a great time in this house, we absolutely do not regret our choice. So we would recommend this villa for your stay in Spain. In addition, this house is very well located, indeed, it is located in a quiet area with a beach just a short walk away!

We stayed with the family (9 people) at Faima. The place and the stay were really very good. Faima is very open, kind and helpful. The cottage absolutely met our expectations and we had a wonderful holiday there. We can definitely recommend Faima and the house.

We had the most wonderful time! The villa was absolutely stunning, so well-equipped with everything we needed, and in an amazing location close to the beach. A lovely area with beautiful scenery, but honestly we were happiest just lounging by the pool. The hosts really made our stay - they were extremely kind and responsive! We will most certainly be back.

We have just returned from a fantastic week. The hosts are super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool and outside space really is perfect for families our baby could lay under the trees in the shade and the children played in the pool for hours. Lovely restaurant El Vaixell literally 2 minutes away looking over the beach. Beach super close and quiet, handy supermarket 5 minutes away . I am confident we will return Thank you

The garden and facilities were spacious and amazin for the kids. One of my favourite things was how quiet and peaceful the location was. It is lovely. Surrounded by mountains. The cleanliness was one of the best I’ve seen. The pool was clean too. Lots of new clean cooking equipment. The local town Cambrils was classy with mainly locals/spanish around. Salou the following town is very British if you know what I mean 😂 avoid Salou. We also did some trips to Barcelona it’s a quick drive and we’d definitely go back great villa for families. Was getting a little cold for us late August if you like very hot I’d recommend booking earlier in the summer !

Great vacation in Xavi house and Xavi and his mom were great for giving us nice spots in the area. House is like the pictures and the view is amazing. We ll be back one day for sure !!!

Thank you for your welcome. The accommodation was accessible very easily and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Despite two days of bad weather we were able to make the most of the comfort of the house and the pool. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Shops are 5-10 min away on foot. The children had all the holidays in the garden (slide pool and swings). The beach is a maximum of 5 min away by car with parking accessible everywhere. Thanks again to our hosts!

Good villa with big pool and everything you need inside it

Great stay in this beautiful fully equipped villa. We especially loved the small covered synthetic soccer field. The house is quiet in the countryside but quite close to the Spanish coast (15min drive). Host was very understandable and not invasive. It's really a good plan to have a holiday with friends, we recommend it.

House just gorgeous! Juana is a high quality host, interacting with her was at its best. She is very responsive. The place is extremely quiet, beautiful place. the pool is of very good quality, and with this heat it was essential. Everything was perfect! 5 minutes from the Mora pool, just beautiful! Beautiful little villa with a huge fully fenced outdoor area and a great pool. The outdoor area is very nicely furnished and offers a lot of privacy. We didn't miss anything in the house, everything is clean and the kitchen offers many appliances and utensils. The wifi was very quick. As mentioned by others, the about 1 km long dirt road to the accommodation is very rocky and sometimes difficult to drive. But it is probably restored from time to time, then you can drive it relatively well. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa of Maricel. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. The garden was really nice to spend the afternoon, although it was winter time it was nice to sit outside in the sunny garden, hidden from the wind. Also our two young kids liked the availability of some toys and running in the garden. The pool was too chilly, but we will definitely come back once to try it in a warmer season. Overall a great stay and thanks for all the proactive communication.

The house is actually very nice, just like it looks in the internet photos. The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is spotless, and I want to highlight the extraordinary equipment of the kitchens, both outside and inside. We love to cook, and the outside kitchen has been truly extraordinary. It is important to highlight Paquita's impeccable professionalism, a person in charge of the house who has received us and helped us in everything we might need. Something important to note is that Calafat is not as touristy area as Salou or Cambrils can be, and that from the second week of September, the tourist season ends, the local chiringuitos close and the local supermarket only opens in the mornings.

The house is practical, comfortable, and functional. It has a very nice garden, perfectly fenced, with a very pampered lawn, trees and many flowers around. We loved having breakfast and lunch on the terrace in the garden, which by the way, has a barbecue that we have used three times, clean and perfect for grilled meats and vegetables. It also has comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing , and/or reading, with the background sound of the birds. We did not use the pool, although we would have liked to have been warmer. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find many glasses, cups, cups, plates and silverware, good pans and pans. It also has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, etc... and everything works very well. It has a good wifi connection, so at times, we were able to work smoothly. I recommend this house 100% and thank the hosts, and owners for the attention they have given us. We will definitely try to repeat !
