I stayed 15 days and I really liked it. The apartment is complete, organized and very well decorated. The building is new and safe. Gustavo is a very polite and kind host, always ready to help. I will definitely be back, because I had a good time there (it was my birthday present). Thank you!

In general, everything was fine. But when I had to notify on airbnb that I urgently had to move at 9 am to another place already booked, and I notify it x airbnb I get angry because I did it at 2 in the morning and that on Saturdays it rests. No need to read notification. on that hra, but I had to warn and go for more than that it is a Saturday. The shower has no way to stop the water and each one sees that one bathes, water comes out to the depto and the common hallway through the door,( another guest I leave the same comment), but I accuse myself that it was my dog who made the apartment in the hall, when it was water from the shower without edge that prevents filtration My dog broke a glass jar, like a jar of jam, fell and broke. Obviously I don't deny it, but I was accused of breaking two more jars and a large glass jug I hadn't even noticed. Anyway instead of 1 bottle I was accused of breaking 3 and it wasn't. The shower is something that must be resolved because I was passing it by drying the corridor continuame

I enjoyed the apartment very much - it was perfect for me. They were very kind and helpful. I could have kicked myself for leaving my one and only phone charging cord on the plane, and without hesitation he offered me his to use while I was there. I was beyond grateful!! Everything about it was great. The only things I will mention (which would not discourage me from staying there again) was that it said in the description breakfast was included, and it was not, there was no welcoming goodie basket with snacks and a bottle of wine as pictured, and on one of the nights, although this is no fault of theirs, sirens. I'm a heavy sleeper and 3 times between 4:00 and 5:00 am sirens screaming down the street. So loud it was as though the windows were open. Being on a major street has it's pros and cons!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Wow! Where I started, Vero was very nice to us and understanding (we were over an hour in migrations) (we didn't know where to stay because our check-in was at 3pm), she gave us an option for check-in and left us pleased with the apartment she gave us. Everything super cute, we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather, but we'll be back anyway!! Thank you Vero really you happened!! ☺️🖤

Great location: This is within the 4 block beating heart of San Telmo. The apartment is on the smaller side but but the vista makes up for it. There is no lounge but the apartment is very comfortable. Landlord Oscar and assistant Francisco were very accommodating. Well priced. Highly recommended!

I went with my wife to a wedding in Berazategui and we stayed one night at Hernán's house. Everything was perfect, very good vibes and ready to help with whatever we needed. Super recommended.

Great deal on a place with Valet parking garage, gym, pool, and proximity to downtown buenos aires. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

We went to Vía Vía with our dog and they made us feel right at home. All very kind, friendly and the amazing breakfast! We were also able to leave our car in a garage. We'll definitely be back. See you next time
