Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

The neighborhood offers a lake (with a walking trail) right across the street, National Forest access, and wildlife (deer, turkeys, the occasional bear). We do live onsite and are here should you have questions or need recommendations.
