Tiny house holiday rentals in La Plata County

Had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the view. Host was very friendly and responded to any questions quickly.

This gem of a cabin was perfect for my husband and I to get away for relaxation and being refreshed. Very comfortable, in beautiful surroundings, quiet, well designed and supplied, yet close enough to be able to go see other places nearby (like Mancos and Dolores). The weather cooperated for a mid-July stay. Chelsea did a fantastic job of preparing the cabin and being available for any questions with quick responses. We would definitely stay again and would recommend for groups of 1-4 to choose.

We loved our one-night stay at the guest house in Mancos. It’s small, but has everything you need. The fold-down Murphy bed was very comfortable. The garage door that opens to a screened-in view of the nearby pond was outstanding (but might not have been used if the weather hadn’t been great). There were lots of little supplies one might forget or not realize you needed. I hope to come back for a longer stay, because I love the location in the great little town of Mancos (close to both Mesa Verde N.P., and Phil’s World MTB trails!).

Cozy, unique, and all I needed. Super comfortable bed. Heath was a super nice and helpful host.

Cute and modern tiny home but still felt spacious with two queen loft beds. Creative storage and well decorated. Hosts were responsive and kind. Would stay again.

Nicole was a fantastic host. Prompt and thorough communication, clean home, and all the supplies you could need. This home is stunning in itself, let alone the surroundings. My husband is 6’5” and said he truly felt like everything was a great height (even the shower, which is a rarity with air bnb haha). Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning! I stayed here to introduce my fiancé to my grandparents- I’ve been coming to this area for over a decade and I HIGHLY recommend! Very roomy and clean, the kitchen was the group favorite, natural light, and an awesome backyard to hang out in! The hosts were so kind and generous- they even made us a hand made loaf of bread that was delicious 😭 I recommended it to family friends already!

Couldn’t recommend this remote airbnb enough. very inviting interior with great amenities. felt very private and homey.

The hot tub was perfect with the cold that came in during our stay. Me and my partner like to cook and they had everything we needed for our simple meals. It was a very cute and amazing experience, thank you. :)

Great place for a quiet family trip. My family enjoyed it and we loved the proximity to Purgatory.

We came to the mountains to relax and cool off for a few days. My wife and I and another couple. Nick's place was perfect! Cute, clean, peaceful, private. You have your own tiny home, but then your friends are right there too. Nothing is super close to there but we all thought that was fantastic--right between Dolores and Rico and within striking distance of Telluride. Everyone in our group loved the Airbnb and we would all come back. On top of that, Nick and his crew could not have been more helpful with recommendations for the area. And on the the first afternoon when we arrived and the wi-fi wasn't cooperating, Shaina came over and quickly resolved the issue. A+ all around!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Peaceful and quiet, isolated and close to nature, a great place to enjoy night sly. The place is tiny as described but thoughtfully designed and decorated. The ceiling above bed is not very far and needed to be careful to avoid collision. No cellphone service, but wifi worked well. Nick and team is friendly and very responsive. Won't mind coming back again.

This is an amazing place very cozy and comfortable. John was a terrific host he greeted us when we arrived and gave us a history of the hut and lots of information of the area. It will be a place we return to again and again.

Capella at Thistle Guest House provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the patio outside with seating area amongst juniper trees. Capella was easily available during our stay and checked in with us from time to time to answer any questions we might A super host! Will stay here again!

Mancos is a charming town and community. This cabin was close to town while having the feel of being in the mountains. I saw deer grazing and watched incredible stars and planets against a black sky. The cabin was cozy and well stocked with towels, an extra blanket, games, Kitchen utensils, kitchen spices, tea, honey, etc. The baseboard heaters and electric fireplace made heating in cold weather very easy. Although the cabin is close to a house, I felt totally isolated. Very nice!
