It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

You will be settled on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access and a view of the garden which is much appreciated ! We look forward to welcoming you to our house located on the way to the Loire by bike and close to amenities (shops, buses). Angers is a 10-minute drive, and the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi automatically switches off at 11pm to avoid the airwaves at night.

Charming house, a balcony on the Loire.

A veritable garden on the river, our house offers unobstructed views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms.
