Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

It is in the barycentre of 3 major iconic cities: Toulouse, Carcassonne and Albi and very well located for hikes in the Black Mountain. All types of catering in the immediate vicinity at all budgets.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

Upon arrival, you have a dedicated parking space in front of the accommodation as well as a courtyard for outdoor dining. In the loft with industrial ambiances (wood, metal, brick) all the amenities are designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The common room is spacious and friendly. Give in to temptation!

Studio in the countryside

A pied-à-terre with its small garden. It offers all the necessary comforts with an equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, washing machine. There is also a sofa bed. The bathroom consists of toilet, sink and shower. The sleeping area accessible by a miller's ladder offers 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Bed and bath linens are not provided for this rate, expect a surcharge or you can of course bring them back.

Quietly located, this two-bedroom apartment is very easy to access and will seduce you for your hikes and walks around Lake St Férreol, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. No smoking, but an outdoor area is available. Pets not allowed, thank you for your understanding. Our accommodation is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a kettle and a toaster. The beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are at your disposal.
