"The Royal Pearl" is nestled on the first floor of a 19th century villa, the Royal Tennis, in the heart of Étretat. It offers unobstructed views of the trees and the garden (and a small view of the sea!). With a surface area of 35 m², you have a comfortable bathroom decorated with travertine, a beautiful walk-in shower and a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm). The highlight of the show? A brand new sauna for two people! All within a 10-minute walk from the beach and the center of the village.

The Lighthouse Villa

Welcome to our cottage! At the end of a private road, facing the sea, it is a haven of peace and quiet. On one side are the sheep (sometimes also the little pigs) and the apple trees, on the other the meadows, the cliff and the lighthouse. Étretat is a 7-minute drive or a 1-hour walk along the coastal path. Surfing/kitesurfing/kayaking/standup paddleboarding/underwater fishing spots are nearby, by accessing a small beach. The place is suitable for hiking or cycling.
