This is a perfect gateway close to Montreal but very quiet and friendly. It takes about 50 minutes by public transport or 20-25 minutes by car to go to the Downtown of Montreal. Amenities close by include grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and liquor stores. Parking and WiFi are included.

Nestled on the top floor of Villa Casavant, a sumptuous mansion from another century, this unique suite is accessible by the house but remains very private as it occupies the entire top floor via a private staircase leading to it.
