Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.
