House located in the beautiful seaside village of San Juan de la Arena, capital at the corner. It is located 30' from Gijón and Oviedo and just 15' from Avilés. It also has good access to the airport, as it is just 10'away. We are on the right bank of the Nalon River mouth. The house is located in front of the marina and 5' from Playa de los Quebrantos for a nice walk. In the village there are sports facilities such as: multi-sport, foosball court and even a small skatepark. It also has supermarkets and even a flea market in the square every Friday. We also have a medical center and pharmacy. In the village we also have numerous restaurants where you can taste our varied cuisine. There is a coastal path that takes us to the beautiful medieval village of the Castle, from which we can see the course of the Nalon River from a good height. On the way to Santiago from Oviedo, we slept here for one night. Neat and clean apartment within walking distance of the village. Delicious food at Marsalada and good breakfast at Nalon River.
