This place was perfect, it was about a 1 minute drive from the bridge to enter South Padre, the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. And the Rv was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would 100% rebook in the future.

Very nice and comfy Condo. Great location and the interior of the condo was decorated tastefully and the kitchen was very well stocked which is always very important to us. Communicating with our host was easy. We had a great time. Do note, the Condo complex feels a bit strict at times: coolers are not allowed near the pool and there even is a very graphic sign of what is considered a reasonable "Bathing attire". The Condo complex seems a bit old and is currently undergoing construction at one of its wings.

Loved our time here! Beautiful space, loved how comfortable everything was and it was so close to the pool! My kids enjoyed being there just as much as we did. There’s great restaurants and we were close enough to the island to go everyday! The host was so sweet and responsive, it was like staying at a friends house. Overall, look no further! I can’t wait to come back in the future

If I could give this place 6 stars, I absolutely would! This beach Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The space had a modern and stylish design that still managed to feel warm and welcoming. Every detail, from the furniture to the decor, was clearly chosen with care. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and just steps away from the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to walk out and enjoy the ocean within minutes. It felt like a true getaway, but still had easy access to great restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The host was also amazing—very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described (if not better).

We loved this unit. The view from the 28th floor was wonderful. Check in with the condo building’s reception staff was easy and they were professional and friendly. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the furniture/beds were as comfortable as home. We would definitely return if back in SPI.
