Te alojarás en un apartamento independiente y cómodo. Es ideal tanto si deseas visitar un maravilloso pueblo mediterráneo, sus playas, su Castillo, sus rutas de senderismo...como si deseas teletrabajar, ya que tenemos WiFi fibra óptica top. El apartamento, elegante y tranquilo a pesar de ser muy céntrico (insonorizado), ocupa una típica casa mediterránea (no ascensor). Consta de 45 m2 y con capacidad máxima para 3 huéspedes y cuenta con los siguientes espacios: - amplia zona dormitorio con cama doble grande King (180 x 200), para garantizar el mejor descanso, luces LED, estores opacos y gran ventanal con luz natural. Dispone de smart TV pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas, donde podrá seguir cómodamente su serie de televisión preferida en su idioma. El espacio cuenta con 2 mesitas y 2 lámparas de lectura, armario con espejo y zona de tocador. Bajo petición y coon un coste suplementario, para un 3er huésped (o para un 2o huésped que no desee compartir la cama extragrande de 180), instalamos una cama adicional de 90 en este mismo espacio. Ofrecemos gratuitamente ropa de cama y 2 toallas (baño y aseo) por huésped. - Cocina equipada (placa de inducción, microondas, cafetera, batidora, nevera, tostadora...) y sus utensilios de cocina. Dispone de los condimentos básicos para cocinar, así como té, mermeladas de cortesía e infusiones. También hay papel de cocina, bayeta, detergente y estropajo para lavar los platos, evitando así los inconvenientes y el costo de realizar esta compra básica. - Zona de comedor con su mesa, sillones cómodos de mimbre y salida al balcón exterior que da a la Calle Saiz de Carlos, una zona muy pintoresca y repleta de tiendas. Disponemos de una mesa con lámpara de escritorio de trabajo para conectar dispositivos y poder trabajar cómodamente. - Gran cuarto de baño completo con amplia ducha doble efecto lluvia y mampara. Se proporcionan artículos de tocador, como el gel de ducha, champú, acondicionador, jabón de manos y secador de cabello. Contamos con WiFi alta velocidad de fibra óptica (1000 Mbps), lo que permitirá permanecer conectado o trabajar de forma remota sin ningún contratiempo. El apartamento dispone de un sistema de A/C y calefacción, garantizando una buena estancia tanto en invierno como en verano. La casa dispone de una espectacular terraza superior, espacio chill out con fantásticas vistas al mar, puerto pesquero, playas, Parque Natural de la Sierra de Irta. Disponemos de mobiliario exterior, con mesa y sillas de uso privado, para disfrutar de una copa de vino viendo el atardecer sobre el Mediterráneo. Isabel's apartments are adults only, excellent...

Se trata de un estudio céntrico en el segundo piso (sin ascensor) de 30m2 con las mejores vistas, puesto que está situado en primera linea de playa y a lado del castillo. El estudio entero es un mirador al Mediterráneo. Debido a las dimensiones, solo podrán alojarse dos personas adultas. Este estudio luminosos dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir una agradable estancia en la playa. El piso se compone de una habitación con una cama doble (135cm), un baño completo y una cocina-comedor de estilo abierto que da acceso a un balcón con una mesita y dos sillas que permiten disfrutar en todo momento de las vistas al mar y al castillo. Así pues, el estudio esta decorado con temática playera y marinera, situando así a los huéspedes en un ambiete vacacional. Tiene aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, cuando la estancia sea mayor a 10 días, la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se considerará un “alquiler de temporada”. Para el cumplimiento de la normativa, en este caso se firmará un contrato de arrendamiento entre ambas partes.
