Located at most 30 minutes from the lakes in summer (Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and from the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Located at the foot of the Nivolet cross, you can enjoy the view from its large terrace. This place can accommodate 2 guests (+ baby cot possible), it is bright, well arranged and pleasant to live in. Its geographical location is ideal, close road to go up to the Feclaz-Le Revard ski resort (25 min drive) but also 10 min by bike-car from the city center (bus station present). Close to major roads but small quiet residence with the possibility of walking in the forest.
